Ban Appeal Chat - Live Chat Redirect
Now, every time I click on the Parature-live chat link, I get redirected to my history, as, apparently, it's a null link. Parature is installed software, so there's no other way to really 'access' Nexon in terms of live chat aside from that dinky little button. This just keeps getting better and better.

For now, I can't even get on the waiting list. It's amazing how incompetent the programmers at nexon are. They can't even properly manage/develop/personalize installed chat-software.

It works on my mule account; and, that's not really what I meant.
it's javascript i think which is why you don't get a url for the 'link'
i had this problem too for a bit before i tried it on firefox instead of chrome
The time limit keeps expiring for me while I'm waiting in line to speak with a GM... ugh...
On a side note, I'm sure there will soon be an express ticket response system that costs nx...
I had to log onto an unused mule account from 2 years ago to even access the live chat, because they blocked my account from it. Now, I'm 3rd on some random list, still waiting for something that will probably turn out to be fruitless.

Anyway I once again got "transferred" to nothing, they made me a support ticket which I'm guessing does absolutely nothing.

It turns out, they disabled chats for ban appeals, at least for me. I can't even open it, lol. I had to log onto an unbanned account and file it under "Login issues" to even get a waiting list spot.
Alright I was put in the Ban Appeal queue.
