"Happy Gaming" oh my god HAHA, they are so incompetent.
Sorry dude, you really just need to try again, you can get your account back but you just gotta spend some time doing so, it really isn't worth letting everything go to waste, if you've still quit at least try to get it back so you can give stuff to your friends or random people. Next week Wednesday give it another go, you'll get it.

I had a similar problem but it started working when I disabled adblocker.

Sadly, your situation doesn't have anything extraordinary over the numerous identical threads that were made today. Sadly. Unless you're referring to the lack of pertinence of your posts in both this thread and your conversation with the GM as the base of a whole context. For that part, I'm glad i had the honor of personally experiencing your enlightening replies, even allowing me to repeat myself.

GM Nyurak job is apparently to provide basic support, get rid of the lost peoples and trolls, and redirect peoples that are here for the ban appeal to a waiting list.
Wether he made contact with "a Ban Appeal GM" or not doesn't really depend on GM Nyurak. Plus, as he stated, they closed the ban appeal for the day. The guys are [i]gone[/i].(probably slaughtering stuff they visualise as maplers on a different video game).
I mean the situation is pretty clear, all he can get after this point is a cookie. Look at the size of the useless exchange that followed o.o that's what i'm talking about.

Please wait a few minutes while i run to gm(%) to explain him that he should pause the eradication of multiwinians because over the 140 players who couldn't get support, one of them was supposed to pass. I am also grateful that you informed me about the potential lack in efficiency of our support system as nobody at nexon would ever have figured it out otherwise, since you are the very first customer to bring this up. Thanks to your intervention I can immediately take action and have the direction hire more support employees that will be available this week. 2-3 years ago, I definitely would have (at least considered it). But it's just not worth it; I'm more upset by the atrocious customer service, programming and lack of professionalism/quality control and distribution than actually losing my account, which is surprising, considering.

You're lacking an accurate view of the entire situation. I was not flustered, nor was I firing "shots" at him. And for the most part, it is his fault, though part of the blame also lies with the horrid system integration.

@turtleseeker: I try to be as cooperative as possible if I ever need to live chat. Because being an angry jerk won't help at all. They tend to respond to me much better and despite their "we can't show favoritism" rule, they actually go out of their way to handle my problem. I can't really explain how they do it but I sense they feel more compelled to do it when they are treated nicely. Not that they neglect their jobs but they aren't as "ya...im just gonna give you an automated response and get out of here". You know?
