Mercedes and speed cap?
Is our speed cap faster (1)? Because it'd seem that our bowguns + elven grace + booster allow us to hit faster (2) already which I thought was the speed cap (bowgun speed being 5?)
If the bowgun speed is 6 then ignore what i said.
I bring this up because I intend to rent Decent SI and was wondering if it was pointless o_O...

All DBGs are Normal (6). Elven Grace brings that up to Fast (5), Booster brings it up to Faster (3).
Decent or Normal SI will bring it up to Fastest (2), the speed cap.
If they're 5 then we technically reach the (2) speed cap with just booster on, given our beginner skill elven grace... Which makes no sense as I just received SI in game and all of my AoE attacks (SS, Combo) hit faster, apparently our speed cap is 1 or SI overrides it, LOL.
I believe I read somewhere that DBG are 5. Not quite sure though I'll research more when I get home
