checking future cash shop updates
I don't really know how often they change up the CS because i never really payed attention to it because i never bought NX, but i can drive so now i can go to the story and pick some up sometimes XD.
I really want to buy a perm pet, i see 2 pets on the home screen now, the package with storm dragon and puffarm, storm dragon dosen't say PERM but puffram does and there the same price so im not sure if the dragon is perm too.
But, i don't really LOVE either and i'm not in a hurry at all, but i do want a perm pet and one i'll like, is there a way to see upcoming specials coming out?

They usually do a perm pet every other week if not every week.
Like last week it was Pink Yeti's and Stickmen.

perm pets come out often, mb once every 3 weeks, you have nothing to worry about

The Dragon is perm, I bought the package.

If anyone has complained about it on the OMS forums, then they'll probably post an apology and say that compensation will be given (it takes like 2-3 months for them to do something) as they have done in the past (a month or two ago).
