New grinding areas?

As an on/off player, whenever I come back it seems the training grounds change...And the guide is out of date~
This time I see that there are some areas with black chains around them, I assume those are off the plate.

So where would one go to grind now? My highest level is a 159 phantom and I've got some lower level characters as well (around level 40).
Thanks for the help!

^ The gollux monsters actually give alot of exp. Have never considered clearing all the monsters here for exp's sake, though. Interesting.
No one trains here, but, I trained at Gollux wen it was available until 165.

Hear me out, all you have to do is cycle through all the maps and avoid the body parts (bosses). It's actually really fast and a nice change from the insanely boring DIPQ o.o

But, if you wanna follow the meta: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3DgTY3KE7LY (< Also for all your other characters) (< Post Rising Heroes)
Can you explain in detail what you do at Gollux?

Post-RED is too old, type in "Rising Heroes training guide".

Me personally, I follow this:

0-10 : w/e
10 - 30 : flaming golems
30 - 50 : golden beach (so slow though)
50 - 60 : ludi PQ
60 - 70: drakes
70 - 90 : roids
70 - 140 : romeo and juliet (RJ is the best and extremely fast)
105 - 140 : Evo world
120 - 140 : MPE
140 - 165 : DiPQ, MP3
165 - 250 : SH or Armory
