White Lady still around?

So, I remember way back when, there was like a glitch (I think) that randomly while in Perion, you might encounter someone called, "The White Lady". Well she didn't have a name, but it showed her level as infinity, and all her other information as this, ~. After meeting her you would dc, or sometimes get banned. So, is she still around. Oh yeah, here's a vid of someone encountering her.
