The skill books are worth maybe 25-50m by themselves. Maybe even 100m if the buyer is desperate, but that's about it. So if the current ratio is 1:50 then you're looking at 175-200m and no more than 250m for the truly desperate buyers.
Honestly the book isn't worth more than the SoK amount. You might make about 50mil if you buy the SoK yourself. Most of the time I get one I find someone willing to SoK the book and just give it to them for free.
