Is it impossible to get the kaiser set items now?
I got everything except for the sword, hat, and ring, but the quests aren't showing up for me now. Was it just a temporary event? Is it impossible for me to finish the set now?

well its called the tempest kaiser set, so im assuming that it would only be available for kaisers during tempest
