Fastest Attacking Class

I read a thread recently that had people posting links to a different site where someone had ranked the attacking speed of all the classes. That thread has been deleted in basilmarket since ( i have no idea why -sighballs- ), and it's been bugging me. Can someone post it if you know what i'm talking about?

It was something like:

1. Mercedes
2. Corsair
3. Dual Blader
4. Phantom
5. Beginner
