Phantom Link skill not working
So my cannoneer is suppose to recieve a 15% crit chance bonus from my phantom link skill, but it keeps disappearing on the skill page.
Normally my cannoneer has 45% crit chance, but 60% with the link skill.
Yet it randomly comes on and then goes away,
Is there a problem with link skills right now?
Also I manually link everyday, but it always says "skill linked to Vecra". So odd.

It's not glitched for me @.@ Maybe only for some people.
