Monster Codex Set Question
I was wondering what codex set would be more beneficial to have equipped.
Edit (I had them switched oops): Silent Crusade (1% all stat 15% pdr) or Von Leon (1% att 1% total damage).
I have a lv 8 book so it would actually be (3% all stat 15% pdr) or (3% att 3% total damage). Also I have 97% pdr already, but I heard pdr is multiplicative now so if you have over 100% you can possibly hit more.

Wait isn't the Leafre set effect the best?

Yeah, you were right. I was wrong lol. I believed that the Dead Mine set was 2% after lv 5 but I checked Basil to find it's 2% throughout lv 1 - 10 . I put on the Rien friends set which increase your hp every level, but the stat increase only said +5 on my equip window meaning it didn't work.

That could just be Nexon's typo. I've never seen or heard anything about codex level raising would raise the set effect bonuses. And having over 300 cards I never saw mine go up.
I would go for silent crusade.

The levels do work because when I look at my book I see 2% att with the Dead Mine set on not the 1% att stated.
Edit: Oops, I didn't remember correctly about the Dead Mine one . You're right it doesn't work.

It sounds like Von Leon is the best choice though.
Well, first off, you have the sets switched, so I would like to think the reason a level 200 Blade Master is wrong is he didn't notice your mistake. The Silent Crusade set is impossible, but if you already completed it or if you have the Hoblin King set which gives the same effect, then I can assure your 1% stat and 15% pdr absolutely crushes 1% att.
I say go for Leafre set instead
The silent crusade set isn't even obtainable anymore.
The levels don't actually work so it'll still be 1% all stat, etc (Unless this was changed recently).
And with PDR, it's multiplicative so you don't hit MORE, rather-- you can asymptotically approach 100% but never fully reach it.
I'd go for Von Leon.
I don't think levels on the book affect the set effects. It just adds stat points on the codex equipped.
And yes, PDR can now go over 100%
