Should I come back to Maple?

I've been on a year hiatus since I believe March 2014, and it wasn't until recently I kind of want to come back. Although, two problems face me now:

1. Not sure if there is any content to interest me in coming back.
2. Don't know if there's any bossing guild in Broa that does the hard content daily. In all my time playing since 06', I never joined a guild that did boss runs a lot. This would probably motivate me the most into coming back if I could find one.

So, is it worth coming back and playing more actively (as in just running bosses that's all, not concerning myself about damage anymore)? Or just stay away from the game.

I thank you guys in advance for your opinions.

I am going to say yes because if you don't like it just leave after it is simply as that, If you are making a post if you should come back deep inside you want to play again and if you still dislike for what it is you can go on haitus until something better comes out or quit forever by deleting your characters.
no. this game eats up either your
1. time
2. money

if you want to accomplish anything with your life, these two things should be most precious to you
Simply living eats up both of those in general.
How should I manage my priorities better?

If I do come back to Broa, then hopefully I can find a nice guild, maybe not one that bosses, but one that's active. I don't think my range is all that amazing (can't solo Chaos RA), but I think it's fair enough to have some fun with some bosses. Or, I'll try and convince old friends to play with me on a populated new server, or just join by myself and make new friends.

One way or the other, I'll probably try out the game for a week and see how I feel with things. If I do get back into it, it probably would be for the social aspect and / or just running simple bosses like CHT or something with friends. Thanks for the responses.

Its really your choice cause everybody looks at this game differently some may say its pay2win and other may say its free2play,but that really depends on the player. So its basically its your choice if you want to play this game, but if you were to play MS its a great time to play cause 10 anniversary is around the corner and hopefully you could take advantage of the event make mesos.

Honestly, you should try it out, everyone has different opinions, that's the best way for you to see if you like it or not.
i wont say any reason for why you should or shouldnt play. because in the end its all up to your decision
Thats totally helpful....

Coming back to maple now eh?
Should consider time, socialization efforts and being nice. Broa is somewhat dead but there are lively guilds out there just looking for new guild mates and you have to go find them.
IF you are looking for a world that will become more lively (due to summer + 10th anni events) Then Windia, Bera Or Scania would be more right for you. Like i said, witht he events coming up, i'm sure old players will come back in search of nostalgia of the good ol' days. To come back or to not come back, that is the question.

It depends on what you decide to do. If you play on the sole reason to boss, I wouldn't recommend it because you would want to rush things. Everything requires patience and hard work. People tend to complain about pay2win but money is just a shortcut. You get what you put into it. Time is money. Whether you work for it irl to get money for cubing or farming hard core in game, you're working for it. That's generally how I see it. If you wish to come back to the game, I'm sure the basil community is willing to help you out on tips and such. Just ignore the trolls and toxicity quitters that still roam the forums.
