What is this Monster Champion thing?

GMS copy and paste from KMS data. This update not suppose to include that since it was removed from KMS after a little bit.
18atk above avg seems nice
I think that's for a future update, KMS got it you train monsters to battle and they have their own equips in this case it would be a weapon for one of your monsters.
