Just an example:
4 base DEX
5 DEX Silent Crusade Champion Medal
7 Codex
59 full Rising Sun set
30 Physical Training
5 Will of the Alliance
15 Pirate Blessing
6 Legendary Gratias
10 Evo Ring 3
7 Evo Ring 2
11 Silent Crusade Shoulders
5 Kenta's Goggles
That's already 164 without any piece of armour.
You can easily make up for the missing 6 DEX by scrolling some gear, positive chaos-ing Rising Sun pieces even.
If you don't want to go through that, you can try 'glitching' them on.
