@j0shlink: I crafted 4 empress cape in my maple career and always made profit out of them (except the one I used). I made 2 pirates cape, 1 bowman and 1 mage. All sold for more than the material. Deam Fragments became rarer but they still are out there and quite cheap right now.

Iam pretty sure you havent try to craft one of those capes, getting the dream framents is a pain in the butt, and usually it cost the same to make it, than to buy one... i found 1 for 1b and i was searching all days like for 2 weeks, and i even tough i could craft it, but i saw like 20 dream fragments while looking for the cape.
It's kinda easier to craft it yourself, they're too rare
