starting fresh best world/class?
I don't need a description of which world you think is the best, just name the one you like the most ^^
Also best class as far as damage output, including upcoming patches and stuff. Damage calculated off a 50-100b funded range.

Shoes are 5b
RAs are 2.5-3b each
