So I'm going to get the 15% crit ring I was wondering which one of the revamped classes would be the fastest to get to 130. And can someone also tell me if I can throw a neb on that ring?

Any class you have tradeable equips for would do.
The mech you've already gotten to 200 for its character card effect is probably the fastest one to 130.
