VIP Envelope Help.
Can someone tell me where to get the VIP Envelopes? Im a bit of an achiever, so though some may feel it's useless, it's more of an expansion to the game for me.

Really? Because I've been here since level 38, I'm now 55. And I haven't found a single one...
