Would this be enough for me to play Ca smoothly?

Hello there peps, im planning to move from a Mac to a PC again and i dont know much about spec, so im asking you to help me decide if this is good enough?

Also I what does it mean by custom watercooling loops, do they actually use water to cool the chips and other components in the destop tower cool down? I dont get it, water and electricity are best friends now?

If by Ca you mean Combat Arms then yes, you can run that game on a potato. As long as your internet is okay, the specs to the storm trooper should be just fine.
as for the watercooling loops, you just need to make sure you maintain them well. obviously water and electricity are not best friends which is why you need to be more careful.
if there's ever a leak with them, shut off the pc immediately and fix it. yes they actually use water.
