using 50k nx from steam
I noticed today I have 53 dollars on my steam wallet. How should I use this for my phantom, maybe zero instead? Money Irl isn't much of a concern.

Well up to you like i said. And i agree, just using half of it isn't so bad. (I would try to sell it or trade it for cash if i could.)
To answer the question; i'd say zero, since phantom's bosses capabilities may be nerfed sometime next year.
50k may be a bit much I guess I'll probably use about half of it. As for the steam games I already have the ones I want from past sales. Question would be if I should focus on phantom on zero.
Seriously, people just answer the question. Why are you trying to covert others to not like a game that you don't like? This game may be fun to him which is why he is spending money on it. Just answer the question or don't post. if you guys hate this game so much then why bother posting on the game forum anyway? Hypocrites. Don't give me that jazz about how I want to chat on the forums. You are still partaking in MapleStory even if you are not directly playing the game just by going on Maple fan sites.
OT: 50k nx if you need mesos then probably surprise boxes or get cubes if you need to cube stuff. Should have done it during miracle time though which was yesterday. Other than that just get what you think you need most or save for the next time you will need it.

Maybe this game is good to him? Spending it on NX or a digital download of a game to waste more of his time is the same thing. He didn't ask if he should buy a different game.
I agree with @OneLIfe, please don't use that on NexonCash man. you may be so eager to spend it on nexon cash now. But you may regret it in the future. I've been in your position before and regretted it big time. I recommend either saying it or use it on other game.
Also, $50 won't get you far in MapleStory.
But i'm not going to tell you how to spend your money, it is your money afterall, i'm just giving you a head's up. It's up to you whether you spend it or not. Just consider what other people say about not buying NexonCash.
Give some to charity, use it on phantom, wait till a new job comes out, then use it on it, then wait once more ....

I enjoy playing both but phantom is a bit pricy.

Man, you missed miracle time yesterday, if you had stuff to cube, it would be pretty good because of that small double rank up chance. Miracle time doesn't seem to make a difference otherwise from my experience so I guess you're not missing out on too much. My only other thought would be buying Premium Surprise Boxes and selling whatever is in them, as well as having a Hired Merchant to sell them, unless you are not doing anything on Maple ALL day.
Use it on a class you enjoy playing. Too many people try to fund an overpowered class, and then find out that they hate it.
