will the ring event last longer?

due to the "id is logged" glitch, i wasnt able to get/upgrade ring on the first 2 days

and i only have one account since i dont like memorizing too much pw

i wonder is there any notice about the ring event? or its just impossible for me to get a lvl17 one x_x, i got no money to buy one either =.=
