HT now drops items no matter when you kill it.
I went for a solo, and it droped equips after 10 minutes.
It was nice.

Range need to be +30k also get the potion item for pet. Make sure u leave left hand last to kill since all does is seduced.

HT seemed really terrifying at the first time.
I greatly overestimated him, and so are you.
Be careful, top 2 ways to die in HT:
1) Hands does seduce, Head damages you to leave 1/1, and then you're hit by a fallin rock / mob
2) Middle head does 1/1, and then you fall and get damaged, or get skill locked.

In you have pets that can heal you, it's ideal. Otherwise you need to be close to a rope at all times.
so it won't take you 10~15, could be more, but still. the range required isn't that high. so maybe not 30, but with 40k range you'll be fine.

When I first fought HT, I greatly overesitmated him.
I'm not sure about a fixed number that is the range you need, but I assume you can do it with 30k range (assuming 100% crit, Leafre Set for PDR and Arcane Aim maxed for more PDR)

I don't know about CHT.
