Give me an explanation
I was banned. It says "Your account has been blocked for hacking or illegal use of third-party programs. This ID has been permanently blocked. You will no longer be able to use this account." Except I have no hacking or third-party programs, and was logging in and out doing the attendance event on all my characters....
So tell me what just happened? If it makes any difference, I open Maplestory using the launcher, and I copy-paste my password because it's 32 characters long
Edit: I forgot GMs only look at tickets on weekdays. I guess I won't be getting a response for at least a few days

Ive notice a lot of people saying she was hacking. How do you guys know? Besides just cause you get perma banned doesn't 100% mean you were hacking. A lot of random things happen in this game. I bought 100k nx many times never had a problem for as long as I've been playing this game. Goes in cash shop dces tries log in. Can't cuz' got perma banned. First time in 7 years i got banned because I went into cash shop? wth?

Its true, the only way to get perma banned is when a GM themselves ban you. Everything else is exactly as deadly1337 said.

That WAS the full story....
nexon doesn't perm ban for anything other then two things.
1)GM's have personally seen you Hack/cheat or part of a illegal activity/group
2)you spam 'requests' to nexons servers.
everything else falls under one day/week/month autobans
If your not going to share the full story, you don't deserve pity or help.
Send a ticket , it may take weeks or months for they to answer it , but if you are legit , you may get a compensation and your account will be unblocked
