@Stamina: 1) Your pants is only tradeable to the warrior class, and there is really no point in spending 5bil on something not endgame.
2) RA gear was just an example. I'm simply addressing that you might be overpricing your pants. If someone can spend 5bil on one equip, they can mostlikely afford RA equips, or at least something along those lines.
3) Again, if someone can have 5bil to spend, they can definitely afford the full set of empress. And, I do have empress. My main is pretty decently funded.

@williamme 1)Tradeable helps so that if you change characters you can fund them. It may not be endgame like RA but its pretty well scrolled
2) Not everyone gets RA gear +30 Attack each then bonus pots it +20 attack and has full set. The weapons are expensive (I would know)
3) In some cases im not wrong. Does everyone have 7 Piece? No, most people have 6 piece. Do you have those gears if not then you wouldnt know what I mean

@Stamina: 1) Being tradable does not place it on par with better stats. Would you use a lvl 90 pendent over a HTP? No, you wouldn't
2) You can also have a bonus 10att on RA pants, adding on to its initial stats (chaos scrolled) and set effect.
3) Actually, youre wrong. For empress, prior to the 2nd last piece, it gives a bonus 15att, therefore 30+15=45. And now with the shoulder piece, it's even more.

Forgive me if I'm wrong, but are those pants even worth anywhere near 5bil? The only thing noteworthy is 16attack, while the pants itself would otherwise suck, mainly because it does not have a set bonus effect which will add 45attack+ and 30% boss damage.

Its potential isnt worth mentioning
