How to obtain reward points?

Hi I recently came back to MS and I have only been farming bosses for reward points, but I heard that the fastest way to get 2k per day was through star planet
Can someone please fill me in as to how and what I do in star planet to get reward points? Because I went there before and I wasn't sure where to go
