Att or Crit?
I just got my Bullseye ring, and being over 120 it gives 3/5/3/3, along with 3 ATT and 5% crit. As i also have the three evo rings fully evolved, the only possibility would be replacing my crit ring with only +2 ATT but 10% crit and 10% min. crit damage boosts.
I'm unsure which of these rings to pick to increase DPM.

id say crit over attack, because archers have all those crit damage boosts and whatnot. ALSO, ill just mention that its way way way way cheaper to increase ur damage by focusing on increasing ur crit rate rather than finding more attack- i was lucky enough to get myself to 99% crit, but it beats trying to chaos scroll all ur equips for attack and whatnot; all i see is red now ^______^
EDIT: iirc u cant equip ur bullseye ring with ur crit ring, so id go the 3 evos and the crit ring, else crit + bullseye + evo ii/iii if u can
