Chief Bandit Build Post-BB

After reading this thread, i saw this CB build, but i got several questions about it.

The build on itself goes like this:

Chief Bandit(151 SP)

Shield Mastery - 8
Chakra - 3
Assaulter - 20(max)
Pickpocket - 10(max)
Band of Thieves - 20(max)
Meso Guard - 10(max)
Meso Explosion - 20(max)
Dark Flare - 20(max)
Flash Jump - 20(max)
Shadow Partner - 20(max)

Now, my questions:

- In what order should i do this build? my CB is already lvl 100, and i doubt i'll get to 120 before BB (my MM comes first, lol), so i kinda need to know what to add, in what order, or what should i have at level 100
- Why add onto shield mastery? isn't it useless, especially for khanjar/d.khanjar users since the shields aren't really shields because of the puny DEF they give?
- Depending where i train/help a friend, i use chakra a lot. will that 3 chakra will be good enough? or can i sacrifice some shield mastery for it?
- What the heck is Dark Flare? how does it work?

@tazcrosblade: Oh lol. I forgot to edit that out in part II But in the description of Part I I did edited it out.
Thanks for finding that. I feel dumb now
Part II is dead right now due to inactivity so I'm not really going to bother updating it but I am going to fix it on the Guide format.

@MrDrangonBoy: MG needs Level 3 Chakra and I don't see Level 1 ME helping at all.
I remember reading (and its still there) something about healing on the post big bang bandit guide, but it might have been an incorrect translation like spikes said. Oh well, the healing never made much sense to me anyhow.
It was an incorrect translation and I edited it out about 1-2 months ago. Google Translate said something about "repair" which was interpreted as healing but after both Efemera and Kruimel checking the .wz files we found out that it doesn't have a healing variable.

Here is my standard build: http://www.basilmarket.com/show/guide/346
I am currently reconstructing some stuff under the suggestion of Mr. Basil so if some stuff seems off please tell me so that I can fix it.
Oh and Dark Flare does not heal you.

@s3xysp3arr: Meso Explosion without Pickpocket is not very helpful at training. Also I would do Shadow Partner before ME.

thanks for all the input

i do not use chakra for actual training (if you find a CB that can successfully use chakra at himes without getting out of the map, tell him/her to tell me how), but, instead of using the overkill that is my MM to help my lvl 70 and under friends with quests and whatnot, i use my CB (except to kill bosses). and since my CB is on a lvl 20-70 guild, so i do help a lot, hence my liking of chakra

i didn't knew shield mastery affected the whole defense after BB, i might give that a shot. getting hit for less damage is a green light on my book, especially training at himes

i have planned to max FJ, or get a decent level of it, since it makes it easier to move in the himes map (i'll be there for the next 20-25 levels, so yea, all my expertise, skills ands tactics will go towards that area) but i have mixed opinions about dark flare. I've heard from friends that it is good for training with mobs, and other say it's only good for bossing. even tho it's very low on my priority list, i can afford to max ME later if it is good at training (i won't be bossing until 120, and i don't train with ME ever since lvl 82)...

well, when BB is here i'll try it, and hope standard builds are out by then

Dark flare is essentially a heal + damage reflector if I have the description correct.

Adding into shield mastery now affects your entire defence, so not just your shield, but rather your defence overall.

At lvl 100 I would max SP, put some points into FJ, max BOT, max Assaulter, then afterwards you can go max M.E, Pickpocket, and FJ.

Shield mastery at this point is more valuable than Chakra. Do what you want, but I would follow this guide.
