with 3 bils
I'm new to the hero community. Please be nice.
I'm wondering what range would I see if I put in 3 bil.
I don't have any link skills. And I'm starting fresh.
So please help with what I would be needing as well.
And how late will hero bloom?

Your issue will be finding a perf wep ad that'll cost just about all 3b or more depending on weapon. With 70k range I'm criting 650k a line with RB, at lv 181
Not sure about the range, but my hero currently has like 40k just from some measly LH equips and small amount of % Str. If you toss in 3 bil you'll certainly reach higher.
Can't speak to range, but hero doesn't bloom until 198 when you have raging blow 20% combo attack extra 20% dmg and the lv 198 10% crit
