Sylph ring vs Tempest ring

Hello, I have 2 rings :
1. 16% INT tempest ring
2. 10% min crit perfect sylph ring
my question is : which ring is better the tempest ring which gives me 30k range more than the sylph ring, or the sylph ring which gives me less 30k range but 10% min crit (clean min crit 44% and with ring 53% idk why +9% lol)
Thanks

@starsoffire betaboi's crit calculations are just wrong. I'll assume without the ring, your MaxCrit is 53% and MinCrit is 44%? thus after +10% MinCrit, you'd have 54% MinCrit and 53% MaxCrit but that doesn't make sense so the game swaps them for you. this means that the Sylph Ring would be 2.8% increase

Just curious... how many other ring slots do you have? Is this the last ring slot you can equip? Remember, you DO have 4 slots for rings. The game's equip system for rings is a bit wonky, though - you need to click and drag the ring to the other 3 ring slots in order to equip them all, otherwise you just keep switching between the same ring slot over and over.

Also, is the Tempest Ring at all tradeable within account? Since (if memory serves) the Sylph Ring is not tradeable, you might just want to consider giving the Tempest Ring to another character for better or worse.
I have 77% buffed crit chance.
And there's something strange with sylph ring, when i go in a portal it takes me several seconds to attack (probally because of the summon)

This is a problem with all rings with summons: LGR, ABR, DABR, WABR.

Just keep your sylph ring unequipped and wear your tempest ring until you have to wear it for combat.

On average you'd be receiving a 3.85% damage increase with the min crit with 77% crit (.77 *5). That still beats the tempest in most scenarioes though to truly replace it, 100% crit would definitely ensure that 5% damage boost. Maybe work on link skills (phantom and beast tamer) or character cards (marksman) for additional crit as well as potentially using some honor to reset for a line of crit . I'd keep that 1 att speed boost locked and recirculate the 7% boss if your inner abilities match the picture still for some crit%.
Thanks ^_^
and yeah i rerolled the 7% boss and got 12% buff duration so i only need a good 3rd line either %drop/crit.
If you are at 100% crit, I'd go with the sylph ring and maybe neb it for a tiny boost <3 30k for ~ 1.3mil range yields a 2.3 % damage increase roughly. The 10% min crit will up your damage by around 5%. 5% > 2.3%
definitely the sylph ring, that's if you have a high critical chance, also as @chyeung360 said it all depends on how much range you have.

it gives you 30k range, but how much range do you have. like if you have 1mil range, then 30k would be negligible compared to say if you had 100k. An extra 30k would be 30% extra dps.
