what are some abdominal workouts I can do at home?

also and thigh workout too would be nice.

so for the tummy, i just lean back while holding my hold upper body up at a certain angle or when i feel pain? never tried that before

isn't biking good for dem legs? just like sit at your desk pedaling your legs like your riding a bike.
For mah tummy sometimes I turn the chair sideways so there is no back and I just lean back until I'm at like a ~45degree angle AKA where my stomach hurts and I just sit there.
