P/c 21% Luk Perfect Cracked Gollux Ring

Hello-- as the title says, p/c (please) on a 21% LUK Perfect (+3, 8 m/att) Cracked Gollux Ring (lv120), un-nebbed, in Scania. The c/o is 4.3b, but I have no clue what I should a/w it for.
