No. Spend it on perm NX and chairs. Henehoe all day everyday.
But really, yes it does make a difference.
SI allows me to hit 10% faster, so yes, it's worth it.
yes, it makes noticable difference in damage rate.
but i suggest getting it only if you are rich/ you worked on other things.
what i mean:
already got RA and good weapon-> get decent skills
don't have much equipment-> work on getting equipment first.
It's worth it if combined with green MPE potion.
It can increase attack speed greatly, especially with NL; you can really notice a significant difference.
