Yes. It's like u have lvl 10 bless applied and then u put 5 more sp into bless. U still have lvl 10 bless applied but once u recast, u get lvl 15 bless applied instead.

The 30% drop rate still remains in effect even if the party is disbanded (unless u join another party and a bishop that doesn't have the 30% drop hyper casts HIS hs on u).

It would be the same thing ecept if someone else HS and the hyper wasn't already added, the buff effect remains until it expires.

That's wrong, HS drop rate works for all party.
Only the 20% EXP bonus is for the bishops, any other bonus would affect the whole party.
That's why bishop HS is better than decent HS, or Phantom HS.

That is incorrect, only the 20% extra EXP effect is applied to urself. The 30% drop rate is added to the buff and can be casted on the entire party.
