SP is reset due to some skill caps became lvl 20 instead of 30, and a new skill that gives you a total of 70% base crit as a bishop.
Because your class has had skills redone and deleted, moved to different levels or changed in some other way. I'm guessing you haven't played since BB?
They revamped all the explorer classes. so you had to re-add your sp. changed and deleted some skills.
