Favorite anime character
So whos your favorite anime character and why?
Mine has to be Kurumi from Date a live
Her "multi-selves" gives her a bunch of personalities making her a round character. Very well developed character in an anime.
She's also kinky, hot, cute and somewhat twisted, I dig that. <3

Amuro Ray from 0079 Gundam, and Kamille Bidan from Zeta Gundam. Both of them start off with flaws but experience character development that fixes most of them.
Amuro's rivalry with Char Aznable is epic. It's like those long-standing rivalries such as Optimus Prime vs. Megatron, for example. Amuro and Char also have cool nicknames: "The White Devil" and "The Red Comet," respectively. I also like Char, but not as much as Amuro. He's more of an honorable mention for me, since he's still formidable even in a technologically inferior mobile suit (remember, anything red is 3x faster!), and he's also here to laugh at you.
Kamille, while not exactly likable early on in his series due to his attitude, grows more tolerable it continues. Just remember that Kamille is a man's name, and he is a man! He is also skilled at mobile suit construction, and helps with the titular Zeta Gundam's transforming design (also one of my most favorite mobile suits in Gundam, currently building an MG 2.0 model of it). He also has to adapt to a war setting that is the Gryps Conflict as he leaves from being a civilian, joins the AEUG, and helps in fighting the Titans (no, not those giants), also having to deal with the loss of his parents and his comrades alike.
I don't have a favorite, but I would let Kurumi do TERRIBLE things to me.
hangeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee
I have two, one for each gender. Because it's not fair otherwise
Isayama Yomi from Ga-Rei Zero.
She's simply a perfect, flawed character. The quintessential tragic hero.
And of course, Eikichi Onizuka from GTO.
He's is the most badass man of all time. Bar none. If there was any character I'd love to hang with, it would be him.
My favorite anime character would be Alucard from Hellsing, he`s practically Dracula.
I think I'm going to have to go with Vash the Stampede... who might be one of the best-written characters in anime.
Think about this for a moment. This is a character who's essentially lost everything - his home, his "family", everyone he cared about. He can't settle down, because of the world's largest bounty (and because trouble follows him everywhere he goes). This is the perfect scenario for a brooding, emo, anti-hero character who is super serious all the time and tries to push people away, because "they don't understand the real me". He's emotionally and physically scarred immensely. Even so, does he act like a brooding emokid that nobody understands? No! He's positive, jokey and tries to enjoy life where he can. And, if something is bothering him, he uses this comedic side of him to hide that he's truely hurting inside... because he doesn't want to burden anyone. Also, for all the hatred and pain that's been piled on this man, he still refuses to let anyone die, even those who were trying to kill him seconds earlier. This guy is a true hero... an utter badass and a plain nice guy. There really isn't anything not to love about the lug.
Also, when he does get serious, he's just plain awesome...
I'm always struggling between choosing Mio or Azusa...... dammit.
Blank/ is my favorite duo, they are one so I'm gonna call them 1 character
Mashiro Shina from sakurasou
Kamina
Rurouni Kenshin
I liked Rin from f/sn because she's best girl.
Ryuko Matoi from Kill La Kill <3
Currently it's Nico from Gangsta, but I have a lot of favourites.
His character is so different from the norm. Seeing disabilities in anime isn't a common thing either, and I really respect when an author / writer / artist can depict a character with such depth.
Same here, gotta love Nic from Gangsta..
The ending song with him doing the sign language <3
Cory Baxter.
kaneki kennnnnnnn from tokyo ghoul
although it was selfish reasons that made him a ghoul, i just love how he's pulled into another reality, being a balance between the two, and is among the few half ghouls that are still sane and badass asf
Rena Ryuuguu from Higurashi. She's a combination of adorable and psychotic and I love it. She's also the only one who was able to beat Hinamizawa Syndrome, though that timeline ended up resetting anyway.
Currently it's Nico from Gangsta, but I have a lot of favourites.
