actually... i have never seen a slow dagger before, and db's have long animation times (for moves like chain of hel) much like bucc's barrage, which makes speed of wep almost obsolete.(other moves upper cut [our best training move] is heavily reliant on speed tho)

daggers with 120+ are considered end gamers.

my reasoning. vip clean = 118 (114-119)
dagger 50% were rare as anything (which will soon change due to gach boxes)
but there are a lot of shads and dbs who are willing to pay 800m+ per scroll.
we aren't gunna see many 163 w.att daggers unlike the 2h weps that we see which are "perfect scrolled"

also, HTP 2line rare = 170m-200m. cubing that to unique costs typically 200m ish. i dont think 6% luk is worth 800m-1b

@bott i was making a point to the other dude, to tell him that boss % doesnt work at LHC

I have a 114 Attack Blood Dagger with 30% Boss Ignore PDR and 6% LUK. I'm happy with it even though I can't use it yet

I do 100k x2 per 3rd swing at pap, i do 70 x2 per 3rd swing at lhc, both with ice toggled off. are you saying lhc mobs have defense that pwns pap's defense?

I suggest buying from Ryality. Everytime I pass his shop, he has lots of reverse/timeless kataras for relatively low prices.

get a dud katara, but with 15% dpr, 60% scrolled, 50m-1b depending on how much u wanna spend
get a nice dagger 120+ with damage% bonus and dpr, 1b+
get 6-9% luk earring 400-800m
6-9% cape 400-800m
get a 2 line htp 160m cube till 6% luk
3 line epic 10 attk u/h smg 1b with 6% luk
top and bottom 2 line 3% 30m ea
3 line czak (scroll for dex +300m, cubes till epic +300m) = 1b
thats 3.9b minimum
that is more than enough to do well in lhc, DB's are great in the sense that you can get pdr on both dagger AND katara, since LHC has a lot of PDR, your best bet to increase your damage for minimal cost is by getting pdr gear.
though it leaves no room for merching..

@Subtly: Well then end game dagger would be perfect 30% boss damage on it or PDR is PERFECT for LHC as they are all boss mobs with high DEF. Uhh, I would continue merching, but if your in a hurry then go ahead and buy buy buy

4b is barely anything in windia, your best bet is to get a

End game Dagger for 2-3b
and a katara for 1-2b

@megusx2: what if i had 4 bil and i needed a htp, czak, dagger and katara?
