Cause when you go to that link provided, it OBVIOUSLY tells you if an item is permanent. Which is, if you can read, the TS's question.

Why are people so critical? Maybe he was just a little lazy? I mean you can't even understand that sometimes people are just too bothered to do the tiniest of things...
There could be many reasons why this person didn't/couldn't take a look at the notes on the site..
