fund my merc?
well, i have about 300m to spend on my merc, so what chould i buy? empress set, a good dual bowgun, %dex equips or what?
and with 300m can i hit at least 30k with ishtar's ring?
or its better to fund another class? if so, which class?

eh actually u just pulled facts out of your @$$ , empress 4 part gives 15 w.atk which is alrdy more then what mesoranger set gives, and glove and boots give 6 attack, which is more then glove and boot bonus, and they all give at least 15+ main stat and in hat and overall cases 25+, so no, empress is definitely better
300m wont fund alot.. ive spent over atlest 10b on my merc for a 65k range buffed
you can probably get the empress set minus the cape and wep
Sadly, Mercedes is one of the classes that requires the most funding. 300m won't get you very far. If you want, you can get basic %DEX equips, but I doubt it will be anything significant.
Fund another class, 300m won't get you even remotely close to a 30k ishtars ring range.
