Virus or what?
well, i started maple and i was about to start playing when suddenly the computer frozen. i waited for a bit and nothing, so i turned off the pc on the power button.
when i turned the oc on again, it frozen again on the 'welcome' screen (several times). is that a virus or a hardware problem or what? plz help me, i dont know what to do!

Yes... see if you can restart the computer in Safe Mode.
Just BEFORE the Windows "loading" screen (the first Windows screen, not the "Welcome" screen) appears, start tapping the F8 key.
If you time it right a new menu will pop up, and one of the options on the list is "Safe Mode"
Select that line and hit Enter.
See if Windows will start up that way. Things will look strange because it's running in a special "diagnostics" mode, but that's normal.
If it DOES start up that way, try to run your normal anti-virus scanner to see if it can find anything.
If you're on windows 7, turn it on in SAFE MODE.
if you do that, you can go on your computer without it crashing or freezing.
Try to delete all the things you've downloaded for the past week and then restart your computer.

Unfortunately, this could be a lot of things.
When you say "welcome screen", do you mean the Windows welcome screen or the computer logo when you first turn the computer on..?
