Are you able to transfer through your account locked items such as scars,htp and czaks with sok/psok still or is it stuck on that char?

Are you able to transfer through your account locked items such as scars,htp and czaks with sok/psok still or is it stuck on that char?

I couldnt SoK my locked czak. You can trade other locked items via storage.
I have locked earrings which are still tradeable via storage.
It is stuck on the character once un-SoK'd unless you SoK it again; not transferable.
