If you join cake/pie team it will leave your wolf/spider or any familiar with [b]no drop rate effect for the rest of the anniversary! ! ![/b] (or let's see if it resets tomorrow) this is intentional to make you gather less leaves, which is considered as an abuse according to Nexon (in a secretive movement).

Any time there's a really event-heavy update, I dismiss it for most of the first day to let everyone else screw up first because there's almost always some sort of problem.
