Elemental Staffs Lv 163 for Evans
In Scania, these staffs are IMPOSSIBLE to find. I'm looking for a perfected scrolled one. ( 200+matk, with good pot) Does anyone have one for sale and can I get a P/C? Thanks.

There's always 3-4 perfects floating around FMs 1-6 on channel 1.
I'm pretty sure a GM'd one unpotted/crappy rare pot ele staff 5/6 are around 5b. Clean ones are around 2b.
