No, its not fake, I got scammed 2 bil and got 50k. next thing you know, its all gone from perm sheep (now i have 3 pets together), astro hair, and the rest boxes, which i got some money to buy equips with.

So I wait 1 year for them to respond to my ticket, lost well over 20b in gear...and I get 25k nx. Sweet system we got here

@MasterLun: Maple Trade System, That button that used to say trade in the toolbar. basically it allowed you to sell your items to other servers and crap for nx. Obviously hackers abused it. I used to use it for storage before i quit. Apparently a hack was released that if you had items in mts; hackers could gain access to your account and take your things. Kinda lame if you ask me. Which is why GMs removed it completely from the game. That and hackers were using mts to dupe items too

wow tell me why people who recently submit a ticket get compensated but someone who sent in a ticket 6 months ago and then resubmitted about that ticket hasn't been responded to? not fair.

LOL i got hacked 10 months ago from the mts thing, I lost 16bil worth of stuff and 4+ bil in raw mesos, they gave me 25k maple points after 10 months and said thanks for being loyal, sorry. what a joke

Well, then you have to accept that you're not getting compensated. They don't just compensate every single person who has been hacked, since some people only lose maybe... 20m worth of stuff?

Hey. Are you sure you're sending picking the correct subject? In the ticket there should be a section for Items Lost, Mesos Lost, Accounts effected, etc.

One of my friends was hacked 2 years ago as well, and he logged a ticket in early July. They answered his ticket within 3 days, and compensated him with double what he lost. Submit a new one, maybe. Patience is the key.
