Does Merc Card Affect Fc cd?
I have 29 % buff duration from aswan, 15% from mech card and 4 % cd reduction from merc card.
That means my fc suppose to last 86.4 sec. the cooldown is 90*0.96 which is also 86.4 sec.
Yet i still have a around 3-4s cooldown on my fc. is it cause merc card doesnt affect fc?

Cooldown reduction is literally what it says, reduction of cooldown, it doesn't add to duration of the buff

thats not how the math workks for cds reduction
Server lag, but it does affect it.
I heard that the game itself lags so maybe that's why it's a couple of seconds off
