Free Dual Blade Skill Books
Just to get this straight for the people making threads/posting that they didn't get an extra skill point,
the Mastery Book you get for free when you make a Dual Blade does [b]not[/b] give you an extra skill point in the skill.
However, the Mastery Books you buy in the Cash Shop [b]does[/b] give you an extra skill point in that skill, along with a 60% Scroll for Katara Attack.

Yes, I'm trying to convince all the Dual Blades in the world to buy Cash Shop Mastery Book because I love Nexon.
