What is an Endgame item?
I've tried googling that but nothing helpful came up and when I searched it on Basilmarket all i saw were people asking if _____ would make a good end game item.
What exactly is an endgame item?

Oh okay, so it's basically the weapon that you will keep using until you stop playing/quit/etc.
