1.For the ladies

but I am a lady.

2. So you aren't disgusted when you look at yourself in the mirror

I rarely 'admire' my body in a full length mirror, at most I use the bathroom mirror to do various hygienic activities.

3. So you aren't embarrassed to take your shirt off in the locker room.

Locker room? I haven't even been inside a locker room since middleschool.

4. So you don't have man boobs

I have women boobs though.

5. So you can make fun of fat people

Why would I make fun of fat people? That's mean.

Like I said, people like dragon2923 are prejudiced against you fat people out there regardless of how great your personality may be. If you want people like him to not pre-judge you, then you'll do what he says.

The solution to all this to buy bucket of fried chicken wings from kfc. Problem solved. Everyone happy.
I'm a bit overweight, I guess. (5'10", 148 lbs) I'm only eating like 1000-1200 calories a day to lose weight. So far, I have lost 7 pounds in three weeks. Oh and I don't exercise. I don't want to gain muscle, I think that I would look beautiful if I were svelte with very little muscle.
1200 calories is way too little for someone your height. You should look at a maximum defecit of about 700 calories per day for healthy weight loss. For an average male adult, maintenance is at about 2500, so you should be somewhere around 1600-1800 calories per day.

What happened to more legit reasons like "healthier life style!" and stuff like that? Or am i just getting too old for this newer and hipper generation?

The 5th point was for comedic purposes, but it shows the type of person that i am. I never said that i'm trying to be your best friend nor have i portrayed myself as a saint. Your comment is pointless.

Lolololololol...
Awesome! Now let's insult any persons who seems to be fat!
Next time,we'll insult people who doesn't follow the latest trends!
And then we'll insult people for fun, because it'll help anyway!
You've never insulted anyone in your life? That's just how the world works, it's full of unpleasant people. Also, weight, unlike money to afford the latest trends is something that is fully in your control.

weight and trends are horrible comparisons.

@ehnogi Who comes on basil to lie about their appearance? My word should be enough.
But Peter Griffin is a fictional character, a normal human of that size generally is not healthy.

Also, why the hell does everyone think the opposite of fat is skinny? Who the hell wants to be skinny.

@ehnogi Are you a larger gentlemen in real life? Because i see no other reason for you to be this aggressive unless you are.

Also
1. Title draws in people
2. being called a fatty as well as other rude things helped me, so why not attempt to use the same method on others.
3. It's not that serious
4. How can i give food recommendations for people when everyone has different metabolisms and body types? I'm not a health guru. I personally didn't watch what i ate during my weight loss, i just ate when i was hungry not just because it was "time to eat" and i worked out hard when it was time to work out.

Come on bro think.
My plateau before my accelerated degenerative disc disease affected my ability to lift was 180 at 5'8" in height. I have lost 20 pounds in the last 2 years because of back problems hindering me from squatting, benching, deadlifting; really any major lift. I also shrunk an inch.

All I'm saying is that you shouldn't trash-talk if you don't have anything to show for it. If you had before/after images of yourself, then that would warrant arrogance and it would be different, but you don't.

@superimani:

It's good that you have confidence in yourself, but your arrogance is still unwarranted.
Instead of making a thread titled "5 reasons for you to stop being fat", why don't you post helpful threads about different work out methods and setting up routines along with eating correctly (if you even know about any of this)?

The way you post makes you seem like a very small person with a big appetite for attention. Of course nobody knows what you physically look like, but your diction depicts a nasty representation of yourself to some people which helps with filling in the other unknowns about you. In my experience, I've never seen someone who goes to the gym regularly actually make fun of fat people- in fact, I've seen it cause people to become more humble, less violent, happier, and let their lifts do the talking.
One very unspoken effect of losing weigh that is almost never talked about is the mental side affect you get from it. Most people who have never lost weight can never understand it because you have to do it yourself to feel it, but when you successfully transform your body it feels like you basically leveled up. You have succeeded in improving a version of yourself in all aspects. You not only grow stronger physically but mentally because you gain confidence, courage, and strength. Transforming from fat to skinny is not just a physical journey. Its a life changer.

Thumbs up if you were fat and know where i'm coming from.
This guy gets it 100%, especially the whole mental thing...

Truth is, people shouldn't be skinny either. Women love men with muscle.
Who said i was skinny?

That is the 2nd time my physical appearance has been questioned in this thread. For the last year and a half I've been going to the Y 4 times a week and jogging the other 3, and i've been lifting for the last 3 semesters. I'm not "skinny" but i'm not saying i look like the hulk, but lets just say i don't have problems with females anymore.

6. So society won't frown upon you.

Let's face it, people are prejudiced. They will gaze upon your overweight body and assume that you over-eat, are lazy, are a loser, etc. Your glowing personality won't matter since people will make these bad assumptions about you and not want to get to know you better.
