i can tell for a fact that the damage reduction for me is working..... not sure about the %dmg increase...
I'm not 100 yet, what is Iron Clad and what does it do?

Thunder God raises your critical rate and Max critical damage, not your actual damage.
I believe Iron Clad is broken.
