Question of scrolling
Is it better to do the 30% wep att for a weapon which also adds str, or the 15% wep att that also adds hp? Also, I will be buying 20% no boom clean slates at 75m a pop. Is self scrolling/potting more cost effective? I want to make a godly fafnir 2h.

@SuperSkunk: Probably primes [+10] but note you will have to use protection scrolls if you don't want to risk booming your item. I would recommend using clean slates when you failed a slot, it doesn't matter when you use it. Then starforce after your item has reached the maximum amount of slots scrolled.

So 15% str or should I wait till anniversary for a + 10 wep art for possibly a higher percentage of passing? Also, do I use attack scrolls until I have 0 slots left then use clean slates or is there another way of going about this?
funding a demon avenger is out of the question, they fall off in damage if you're even semi-funded.
but yeah in general just do 15/30% scrolls for str/wep atk (i only do it during miracle time because 15% is REALLY low and you might only get 2-3 successful scrolls)
if you dont scroll successes for HALF of the available scrolls at the start, just use an inno scroll and start over instead of paying like 200-300mill for 1 slot from css 10%

10% clean slates are only 16-17m rn in windia, u should use those
If you want to make it godly just wait for coin shop and prime scroll it
