Actually... If you get banned at all (1 day, 7 days, 30 days, etc.) you instantly get your money back and your Nexon account receives a billingPP ban. (To reverse the ban, you email their customer support and return the money). There's no need to file disputes or anything. This is easily abused for cubes and gachapon tickets if you know how to bypass their ban. Either way, not a lot of people use NX Credit on their accounts and you can charge only $60 the first few times you use that method.

You can in fact claim for a refund which would result in your account getting ban until you pay nexon back. I don't know what you guys are talking about. First of all, you will never get a refund after using the NX in the cash shop. Second of all, you're not safe from getting banned just because you bought NX

you can get a refund if you get banned. They are obligated by paypal to give refunds if that happens. The only thing is you are banned from doing offers or recharging online if you make a new account. Until you pay up the refund fees.

This has been a long time info i'll reveal it anyways.
